Mr Frank Zipfinger is Chairman of Vecor Technologies, Chairman of Buchan, Architects, and a Senior Consultant at King & Wood Mallesons.

Mr Zipfinger is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a member of the Council of Macquarie University, President of the Ski Lodges Organisation of Perisher, Smiggins and Guthega Inc, Chairman of the Teter Mek Foundation, Chairman of ONELAND Programs Ltd and a board member of the Northcare Foundation at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Mr Zipfinger was formerly the Chairman of Aspen Group (ASX code APZ), a director of Galileo Japan Trust (ASX code GJT) and of MHPF Premium Farms Ltd, Chairman of the Investor Representative Committees of the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund and the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund, Deputy Chairman of Melbourne Business School Ltd, a former director of the Australian Youth Orchestra (AYO) and of the Sydney Eisteddfod and a member of the Executive Committee of the St Joseph’s College Indigenous Fund and of the board of the St Joseph’s College Foundation.

Mr Zipfinger has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry. He was formerly a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) where he specialised in property investment and development. Frank was the Chairman of Mallesons Stephen Jaques from February 2005 until June 2010 and Chairman of Mallesons in the Community. Prior to this appointment, Frank completed over five years in various roles as a Managing Partner with the firm.

Mark Ramsey is a lawyer, investment banker, funds manager and developer. He worked as a commercial lawyer and litigator for 15 years before joining Macquarie Group Limited in 1997.

In his early years at Macquarie, Mark established and was Managing Director and Chairman of the Global Infrastructure Fund (Macquarie’s first private equity infrastructure fund) and the High Yield Infrastructure Debt Trust. He raised and was Chairman of Macquarie’s first unlisted infrastructure funds outside Australia. He established the Korean Roads Infrastructure Fund in South Korea and the South Africa Infrastructure Fund, a joint venture with Old Mutual in South Africa.

From 2003 to 2007 Mark was Global Head of Private Placement for the Investment Banking Group.
Mark moved to Mexico in 2008 as President of Macquarie Mexico, where he raised the Macquarie Mexico Infrastructure Fund and headed both Macquarie Capital and MIRA. In Mexico, Macquarie Capital advised various local investors (including the Carlos Slim owned Grupo Carso and FEMSA Coca Cola) on energy and infrastructure initiatives and developed the then largest wind farm in Latin America, in Oaxaca, Mexico.

In 2013 Mark moved to New York as Head of Macquarie Capital Latin America. In 2014 he became Chairman and CEO of the Macquarie Development Corporation, a joint venture owned by Macquarie, a Brazilian Investment Bank (Banco Modal) and a Chinese SOE (China Communications Construction Corporation). Macquarie Development Corporation was formed to invest in and develop renewable energy development initiatives in South America.
Mark was based in New York until he retired from Macquarie at the end of 2018. During his 21 years with Macquarie he initiated, advised on and invested in many deals in transport, energy, renewables, communications and other sectors, establishing deep relationships with constructors, politicians, bankers, investors and stakeholders.
Since returning to live in Australia Mark has been a Director and CEO of Vecor Technologies, a research and commercialization company specialized in ceramics, ceramic composites and advanced materials.

Stephen Blanks is principal of SBA Lawyers, a boutique corporate law practice based in Rozelle, Sydney aiming to provide intelligent, creative and practical solutions tailored to meet the legal needs of its clients.

Stephen also has a strong interest in human rights and civil liberties, and has held several positions with the NSW Council for Civil Liberties, including President from 2013-2018.

Stephen is also a member of the NSW Law Society Privacy and Data Law Committee, the advisory board of the Affinity Intercultural Foundation and the Lifeblood Human Research Ethics Committee.

Bryan Geary, a seasoned expert in ceramics, brings a wealth of experience to his role at Vecor. With a career spanning over 25 years, Bryan has held various leadership positions in manufacturing operations and research and development. His journey includes serving as a production supervisor, production manager, laboratory manager, plant manager, and director of manufacturing before co-founding OPF Enterprises in 2010 and IntoCeramics in 2020.

Bryan’s expertise extends across the intricate technical landscape of ceramic resources, materials, and manufacturing. He possesses a profound understanding of traditional and advanced ceramic manufacturing techniques and a keen eye for business improvement strategies. Bryan is well-versed in orchestrating new plant construction, expansions, and retrofits, showcasing his prowess in driving operational excellence and innovation in the field of ceramics.

Khervin is a Senior Business Development Associate at Vecor Labs. He joined the company in 2020 and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to understand and gain insights about the market size, segmentation, growth opportunities, and key drivers shaping the industry dynamics. Prior to this role, he served as the head of product development at a leading automotive parts distributor in the Philippines. He is a licensed Electronics Engineer, earning his bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines. He is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management degree at NEUST, Philippines.

John Vincent Misa heads up the lab in the Philippines. He has worked on projects such as whitened AlSi, cenospheres, ceramic products such as foams, sandstone and CFB tiles.

John’s career has primarily focused on research and development in green industries such as solar and geothermal power. He is a chemist with a Master’s Degree in Material Science from The University of the Philippines.

Neria Huang graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney and was admitted to practice law in 2016. Working with SBA Lawyers since 2016, she practices in the areas of commercial and property transactions.
Neria is a native Mandarin speaker and has extensive experience advising clients on international commercial transactions involving China. She has provided a legal and management role to the Vecor group since 2016.
